Kabosh
Overview
Kabosh is committed to challenging the notion of what theatre is, where it takes place and who it is for. The company has been the recipient of the Dublin Fringe and First Irish Theatre Festival (NYC) Best Productions awards.
The company presents work in a variety of places, from theatres to unconventional spaces such as jails, hospitals and a moving taxi. Internationally known for its work in peacebuilding through the arts, in 2016 Kabosh undertook residencies at the National Arts Festival (South Africa) and the Ubumuntu Festival (Rwanda) showcasing work and sharing methodologies in this field.
